Most AI work stalls somewhere between a demo that impresses and software that survives contact with real users. My work is the second half of that: agentic systems, harness design, and the engineering discipline that turns a model into something a business can actually rely on.
I'm one of Anthropic's Claude Code Ambassadors representing Ireland and the inaugural Manus AI Fellow. I founded Echofold, where I ship custom software, train teams across Ireland, and run the hackathons and meetups that brought the Claude Code community to Dublin.

National AI Challenge 2025
Led Team LaunchLoop to first place with GradGenie, grading 61,000 Leaving Cert exams in one week instead of 26 days. Saves an estimated €48 million annually.
AWS Breaking Barriers Hackathon
Led Team LaunchLoop to first place with ARANO, a hierarchical agentic orchestration system for autonomous network optimisation. $5,000 prize, 377 participants.
Claude Code Hackathon (Anthropic)
Placed top 6 from 13,000 applicants at Anthropic's Built with Opus 4.6 hackathon with Carn.ie, an autonomous drone search and rescue system. Built solo in six days.
Speaking & community
I ran Ireland's first Claude Code community meetup in December 2025 and have kept it going since, alongside hackathons, workshops and founder events across Dublin. Twenty-five of them are listed on the events page.
