The fourth TechIreland National AI Meet brought Ireland's AI community to Galway for a day on AI and agents: strategy, processes and roles. A year after leading the team that won the 2025 National AI Challenge, Kevin Collins returned to speak on “Think Bigger, My Journey Through AI”, looking back over the past 14 months and making the case Kevin keeps putting to others: think bigger. Other speakers included Niamh Smyth TD, Minister of State for Trade Promotion, Artificial Intelligence and Digital Transformation, who opened the day, Naoise Ó Cearúil TD, Chair of the Oireachtas Committee on Artificial Intelligence, Elise Landman of OpenAI and Catayoun Douglas of Google Cloud. The top 17 teams from this year's National AI Challenge showcased their projects through the day, ahead of the winners ceremony.

Two hours and around fifty people taking the biggest open questions in AI, the ones nobody has settled yet, and talking them through properly. No lightning talks, no demo queue, no product pitch and no audience: everyone in the room was a participant. It was the talk half of a two-part Claude Community series, with the questions raised on the night setting the brief for the follow-on build session. Open to engineers, designers, product people, founders, researchers, policy folk and the plain curious, with numbers kept deliberately small so it stayed a conversation rather than a crowd.

An evening on what AI genuinely speeds up in product work and where the new bottlenecks turn up, hosted by ServiceNow. It opened with a live build, taking a product from a blank page to something working on stage, then moved to a panel on scaling AI systems while keeping trust, governance and running costs under control. Kevin Collins did the build and joined the panel alongside moderator Kiarra Ganamany (Senior Product Manager, ServiceNow) and panellists Toma Ijatomi (Senior Data Scientist and UNESCO Women4EthicalAI Champion) and Varun Mittal (Enterprise Software Product Manager, ServiceNow).

A half-day briefing from Nomad AI for 250 senior Irish business leaders on what AI is actually changing in Irish business. Frontier keynotes, live demos of working systems, and panels with the people putting AI into engineering, construction, recruitment, legal and professional services, closing with a working lunch. Kevin Collins spoke as Claude Code Ambassador for Dublin, Ireland, and founder of Echofold, on building AI that is safe, capable and ready for real work.

The run-up to the TechIreland National AI Challenge, presented with Manus AI and hosted by Kevin Collins, Manus Fellow. Two hours online taking an idea from a blank page to a working demo: researching the problem live with AI agents across the challenge domains, mapping out a methodology, shaping a development plan that survives the two build weeks, prototyping fast, and pitching so the work lands with the judges at the hub showcase. Manus credits were provided on the night. The previous year's challenge produced 44 projects and 15 finalist teams, double the year before.

The Product Garage Team hosted an evening that ran from quick, production-ready 20-minute builds all the way to big-picture conversations about where product is headed next. Demos, hands-on energy and sharp thinking about building production-grade software. Kevin Collins, one of Ireland's only Claude Ambassadors, joined builders, tinkerers and product people at the Phorest Office in Dublin 1 over pizza.

A Claude community meetup for people who are actively building, held in partnership with Supabase. The evening opened with lightning talks from Kevin Collins, Pedro Rodrigues (AI Tooling Engineer at Supabase) and Teemu Kinos (Supabase Champion and co-founder at Skene), with a guest appearance from Supabase co-founder and CTO Ant Wilson. Talks were followed by a 30-minute Claude Code building challenge and networking.

A community Claude Code meetup in Belfast welcoming all experience levels, from first-time users to seasoned developers. The evening opened with four lightning talks, followed by a hands-on workshop and time to network with others building with Claude. Hosted at Ormeau Labs by Kevin Collins, Artemiy Kondratiev, and Esteban Rocha Rodríguez.
